The Tennis Cricket Association of India (TCAI) is established as a Section 8 Company under the Companies Act, 2013 to govern, promote, and develop Tennis Cricket in India.
TCAI is the national governing body responsible for the sport’s development, regulation, and promotion.
Includes state associations, district units, tournaments, clubs/academies, and individual members.
The supreme authority for approval of policies, elections, and amendments.
Responsible for administration, national programs, finances, and governance.
Conducted by an independent Election Commissioner.
Revenue through tournaments, fees, sponsorships, training, and other approved activities. Full tax compliance required.
Covers players, officials, associations, and members.
Require two-thirds majority approval.
Handled as per Section 8 norms and applicable Indian laws.
