  3. Develop Grassroots Talent: To identify, train, and support young and emerging players through school programs, district coaching, and structured development pathways.
  4. Organize Official Championships: To conduct district, state, zonal, and national-level tournaments under the TCAI banner with professionalism, transparency, and equal opportunities.
  5. Strengthen State Associations: To guide, recognize, and support state-level units in building local structures, organizing competitions, and ensuring compliance with national standards.

  1. Coach and Umpire Education: To offer certified courses, workshops, and assessments that enhance the quality of coaching and officiating nationwide.
